This academic UX case study focused on improving the mobile shopping experience on Oreo.com by reducing navigation friction and clarifying product discovery. I redesigned the information architecture and mobile flow to help users find, customize, and purchase products more efficiently, without unnecessary repetition or clutter. The prototype demonstrates a clearer hierarchy, streamlined paths, and a more intuitive customization experience.
